neoQuad is designed for college students. To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age
• Have a valid .edu email address from a supported institution
• Be a current student, faculty, or staff member

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use neoQuad to:

• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Spam or send unsolicited messages
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
• Interfere with or disrupt the service

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting content, you grant neoQuad a license to use, display, and distribute that content within our platform. You are solely responsible for the content you post.

6. Club Administrators

If you are a club administrator, you agree to:

• Post accurate event information
• Represent your club honestly
• Respond to student inquiries in good faith
• Not misuse your administrative privileges

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

8. Disclaimer

neoQuad is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of event information posted by clubs or users. Always verify important details directly with event organizers.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of neoQuad after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
